- Adjustable row spacing (45, 47.5, 48, 50 cm) can be set from the cabin.
- Standard topper height control automatically adjusts to the preset height.
Available for 6, 8, 9, and 12 rows.
- Leaf residue is placed between the rows, ensuring even soil coverage and optimal use of organic material.
- Lightweight, maintenance-free design.
- Optimized visibility thanks to a flat topper hood.
Optional combination shaft: A combination of T-knives and rubber flails, ensuring clean leaf removal.
For 6 rows
- Placement between the rows or distribution onto the already harvested area using the leaf spreader.
- Switching between leaf placement and the leaf spreader at the push of a button for flexibility and convenience.
- Optional HOLMER leaf belt for leaf collection and further use of the biomass.
To ensure optimal topping of each beet, we have further developed the HOLMER DynaCut minimal scalper.
- Quick adaptation
Due to its lightweight design, the scalper quickly adjusts to varying beet sizes, even at high speeds. - Precise cutting angle
The optimized parallelogram geometry ensures even more accurate topping of the beets. - Maximum yield
Consistent, precise cutting with minimal beet loss results in maximum harvest efficiency. - Robust comb and sharp blades
The hardened, self-sharpening blades maintain peak performance, even under continuous heavy use – for maximum durability
- Additional equipment option for HS I (6–12 rows) and HS KO.
- Longitudinal cleaning shafts gently remove leaves.
- Optional equipment instead of the DynaCut scalper.
- Second topper shaft with reverse-rotating rubber flails for gentle leaf removal.
- Less damage to beet heads and no beet heads left in subsequent crops.
- Precise contour tracking
The 850 mm depth wheels allow the lifting unit to adjust more precisely to uneven terrain, ensuring reliable and fuel-efficient operation. - Gentle beet lifting
The elliptically oscillating shares loosen the beets gently, minimizing breakage losses. The depth of each share can be adjusted and read down to the centimeter. - Durable digging shoes
The HOLMER DuraShare digging shoes last twice as long as conventional shares, ensuring consistent harvesting quality under all conditions. - More yield from the field
Enlarged force feed paddles reliably transport the beets to the roller table. - Harvests every beet
The 70 mm lateral flexibility of the shares ensures that even misaligned beets are reliably lifted. Horizontally adjustable force feed shaft for adaptation to different soil conditions.
Regardless of varied beet heights, wheel tracks, or uneven crop growth, the HOLMER EasyLift system ensures each beet is harvested at the optimal depth.
- Optimal working depth
Automatic depth control of individual digging shoes, based on beet head height, prevents breakage losses and damage. - Reduced operator fatigue
The automatic depth regulation makes operation easier, reducing strain on experienced operators during long workdays. - Minimized fuel consumption and wear
Over-deep harvesting is prevented by the automatic height control, extending the machine’s lifespan and lowering operating costs. Even a 1 cm deeper harvest moves approx. 100 t of unnecessary soil per hectare.
8-, 9-, or 12-row lifting units for an even more efficient harvesting process with the Terra Dos 5.
- Improved soil protection
Through harvesting in crab steering and reduced passes. - Optimized logistics concept
Rapid unloading during harvesting, even onto high unloading vehicles, is possible with the long harvesting belt – for more harvesting performance. - Enhanced efficiency
The wider lifting units enable a higher output of the harvester. You achieve maximum efficiency through the utilization of machine capacity and reduces operating costs. - EasyConnect – Quick and simple coupling
The lifter can be comfortably attached and detached single-handedly with all supply lines from the driver’s seat with the HOLMER EasyConnect quick coupling system. For fast setup times and occupational safety. - Easy transport
The lifter can be attached to the harvester with the appropriate HOLMER transport cart for traveling on roads.
- Optimal cleaning
For optimal cleaning, a gentle crop flow and efficient cleaning from the grubbing rollers to the bunker are essential. - Roller table
Seven continuously adjustable harvesting and cleaning rollers (300 to 600 RPM) ensure gentle and effective crop flow. - Abrasion-resistant rollers
Optional Hardox® steel grubbing rollers provide maximum durability. Less wear means lower maintenance costs. - 900 mm-wide turbine with rubber carriers (available in various sizes).
- Optional larger grubbing roller diameters reduce losses when harvesting small beets and specialty crops.
The largest turbine cleaning system on the market uses high centrifugal forces to ensure maximum cleaning of the beets. This guarantees that only clean, undamaged beets enter the bunker
- 12% larger turbine area offers an exceptionally large cleaning surface for clean beets. 1st turbine: Ø 1,755 mm, 2nd and 3rd turbines: Ø 1,620 mm.
- Forged, hardened turbine tines and sliding grates made of specialty steel ensure high durability.
- Each turbine tine can be individually replaced, reducing spare part costs by 15%.
- Bolted-on carriers improve crop flow and reduce wear costs.
- Segmented replacement of sliding grates and spring tines allows customized cleaning intensity.
- Adaptive Cleaning PLUS
To maximize beet protection and reduce operator workload, the cleaning speed automatically adapts to the current beet flow rate. - Reliable cleaning and transport performance
Independent drives automatically regulate the speed of the transfer web and turbines based on pressure. - Gentle processing for small beet quantities
Automatic adaptation of the transfer web, turbines, and elevator to the beet flow prevents damage and ensures gentle cleaning. - Fully adjustable
The response behavior of the automatic system is individually adjustable.
After cleaning, the 1,000 mm-wide elevator transports the beets into the bunker. Adjustments have also been made here for increased durability.
- Low maintenance
Elevator guide wheels have been replaced with standard support rollers for smooth operation. - Reduced wear
Polyamide sliding guides ensure even material distribution on the elevator belt. Elevator drive wheels with polyamide carrier fingers increase durability.
With a clear, unobstructed design and a bunker capacity of 30 m³ or 45 m³, the harvester is ideal for any field size.
- Even loading and unloading
The two-part bunker auger in the Terra Dos 5-40 ensures balanced filling. - Wear-resistant scraper floors
For greater durability, both the longitudinal and transverse scraper floors in the Terra Dos 5 are equipped with scraper floor slats made of long-lasting Hardox® steel. The forged scraper floor chain mounted on wear bars can withstand up to 125 kN – 25 kN more than the previous model. - Always the right tension
Automatic hydraulic tensioning of the scraper floor chains eliminates manual adjustments and prevents skipping. - Know how much is there
Ultrasonic sensors measure the bunker fill level for accurate yield estimation.
- Gentle and fast unloading
During unloading, the centrally positioned unloading belt is evenly fed with beets from both sides. The beets can be unloaded over the 1,800 mm wide unloading belt with PU carriers within 40 or 50 seconds. - Extra-long unloading belt
With three articulated parts, the harvester can transfer load onto over 4 m high transport vehicles or distribute a clean pile edge from a shallow angle. - Left-hand unloading
The unloading belt control with continuously adjustable unloading belt speed, automatic follow-up control, and configurable programs (height and speed) is integrated into the left armrest.
