With a pick-up width of 9.72 m, the system offers flexibility at all piles. A low speed with high transfer capacity also ensures lower fuel consumption, while the continuously adjustable speed monitoring of the drives and reverse automation guarantee clog-free operation. - Individual cleaning adjustment
With the patented HOLMER pick-up, the cleaning path and cleaning intensity can be adjusted at the push of a button. The RPMs of the finger rollers, transfer rollers, distribution rollers, and gathering rollers are continuously adjustable, with higher speeds on the distribution rollers moving the beets more efficiently across the cleaning table.

- High-quality rollers for maximum efficiency
With a total of 18 wear-resistant rollers and a reverse automation system, which comes standard with up to 4 times hard-facing and a 3-layer special coating, low wear and maximum durability are guaranteed. The large roller diameter of 140 mm and the spiral winding further reduce wear. - User-friendly maintenance
The pointed tip with an exchangeable tip and two-part hood makes maintenance easier.

With the standard HOLMER VarioPick, both the cleaning performance and the working angle can be individually adjusted from 17° to 22°. - Light conditions – low fuel consumption
In the case of low soil contamination, a low working angle ensures minimal fuel consumption due to optimal ease of movement. - Challenging conditions – intensive cleaning
Intensive cleaning settings enable more than double the weed removal at the pick-up. With increased soil contamination, a higher working angle provides additional space for cleaned soil and weeds. This ensures that the pick-up never floats.
RESIDUAL BEET SHIELD, WATER SPRAY SYSTEM
- Automatic residual beet pick-up including offset function and pendulum compensation on the pile clearer – for easy and convenient residual beet pick-up.
- Optional water spray system with up to 1,200 l (continuous operation, interval, hydraulic pressure control, separate spray and pause time settings, left/right switching, filter) – for reliable loading and uncompromising cleaning
BUNKER PICK-UP
The Terra Felis 3 evo can be optionally equipped with a bunker pick-up. The bunker is loaded by an excavator or wheel loader. This allows the beets to be deposited in a larger pile or even on paved surfaces.

- Efficient cleaning process
The sugar beets pass through several cleaning stations in the Terra Felis. After pick-up, the beets are transported to the post-cleaner via a 900 mm wide in-feed conveyor. The large passage ensures forceful and gentle transport. The belly conveyor, with durable, soft PU conveyors and dirt flaps, ensures high throughput and excellent beet protection. Shutdown automation strategies for reversing the pick-up and post-cleaner ensure clog-free operation and protect against damage. - Four variants, tailored to your needs
HOLMER offers four different post-cleaners that are easily interchangeable. This guarantees the perfect combination of cleaning and beet protection for any type of soil.
TRANSFER WEB
- The beets are transported extremely gently. The lightly adhering soil falls off the 900 mm wide transfer web downward. The cleaning exhibits minimal wear, making it extremely cost-effective.
HOLMER CLEANER
- The gentle pinch roller cleaner increases cleaning performance – providing an intensive clean on almost all soil types. The interaction with the transfer web reduces fracture losses at the transfer point by minimizing the drop height. Drum-shaped rollers with up to 4 hard-faced seams ensure minimal wear and maximum performance.
- Optional with beet brake and water spray system.
HOLMER CROSS ROLLER
- Even large stones and extremely adhering soil are removed effortlessly: 3 specially spring-mounted cross rollers separate the stones from the beets. For stone-free beets, the cross rollers can be covered with a transfer web to ensure optimal beet protection.
HOLMER VARIO CLEANER
- Beets can be cleaned gently or intensively, according to your needs – reducing fracture loss. With low dirt ingress, the pinch rollers can be partially covered with a transfer web in a continuously variable manner. The HOLMER VarioCleaner is the intelligent all-in-one solution for various requirements, from heavy to light soils to high weed infestation.
- The transfer web can be continuously adjusted during the loading process, allowing the cleaning intensity to be tailored during loading. With intensive settings, an average of 15% higher weed removal is achieved compared to gentle settings.

The transfer loading arm of the Terra Felis offers an impressive transfer loading range of up to 15 m and an transfer loading height of over 6 m, allowing it to easily bridge ditches and embankments. With a 332° swivel range, maximum flexibility during loading is ensured.

AUTOMATIC FOLDING
The automatic folding of the Terra Felis is activatable with the push of a button, enabling fast folding and unfolding of individual components. The components are automatically controlled in a coordinated safety sequence, allowing the Terra Felis to transition from road travel mode to transfer loading mode in the shortest time. The fast automatic folding ensures an uncomplicated unfolding and folding process, resulting in short setup times.
