Equipped for all requirements
Whether surface application, near-surface application, or direct incorporation – the Terra Variant Tracs can handle all tasks reliably and according to the intended purpose. Switching the attachments is quick and straightforward at the three-point mount. Even with booms that can be folded to the tank, an outer width of 3 m is maintained at a working width of 15 or 18 m.
CULTIVATOR
DISC HARROW
INJECTOR
CULTIVATOR
- Direct incorporation of slurry leads to lower emissions.
- It allows for soil aeration and loosening.
- Used in stubble cultivation, for example, after cereal crops, or for primary soil tillage with the creation of a slurry depot, for example, after sugar beets.
- The undercut of the subsoiler shares facilitates entry under tough conditions.
DISC HARROW
- Direct coverage of slurry leads to low emissions.
- High area performance due to fast working speeds.
- Used in seedbed preparation, for example, before maize, or for stubble cultivation after cereal crops.
- Disc tools facilitate handling with high levels of organic matter.
INJECTOR
- Special injectors for grassland and arable soil.
- Slurry is applied directly to the plant root in the soil.
- Prevents slurry from being deposited on the grassland surface.
DRAG HOSE
DRAG SHOE
DRAG HOSE
- Slurry application on the soil or crop independent of row spacing.
- Hoses are run just above the soil or crop.
- Insensitive to soil unevenness.
- Precise slurry distribution.
DRAG SHOE
- Hoses and shoes are attached to the leaf spring, which exerts pressure on the shoe.
- The shoe creates a light slit, and the hose deposits slurry in it.
- Direct application to the soil surface.
- Precise slurry distribution.

Camera-assisted row guidance
Slurry equipment
- Slurry deposition in the open soil behind the first tool with two DN 50 hoses per row
- Deposition protected by the tool in front in the opend trench
- Both rows are afterwards covered by the flow of the third tool
- No mixing between soil and slurry
- Application close to the crop left and right at the row
Parallelogram
- Short parallelogram with support wheel
- Precise depth guidance
- 500 mm excavation height
- Centimetre precise adjustment
- Large parallelogram path
- For flexible and even tracking of the hoeing unit in the crop and in the lane
- Opening the tools and the depth guide wheel
- Separate excavation of the individual chopping element
- Maximum excavation of the individual hoeing elements
- Reduction of damage to the crop during turning
- Accumulated organic material is automatically shaken off
Chopping element
- Section Control
- Shutting off the individual rows - saving valuable nutrients
- Reduction of crop damage on the headland and in field wedges
- Solution via air bellows in hoses or hydraulic pressure on the hoses
- Set-up on exhibition machine
- Will be tested in upcoming season
- IGUS bearing including felt seal
- Simple storage & easily replaceable
- Maximum durability and service life
- Compact design of the hoeing element
- For centre of gravity close to the carrier vehicle
- Tool-less adjustment of the coulters
- High flexibility
- Fast set-up time
Frame construction
- Decoupled frame as support for the hoeing units
- Folding of the side wings for safe road transport
- Hydraulic retraction of the tips for low transport heights with wider implements
- Hydraulic locking of the side arms
- Integrated shifting frame for close mounting on the Trac
- Low leverage forces
- Avoiding drift on the slope
Camera-assisted row guidance
- Combination 2-D colour detection green/blue, green/yellow and red and 3-D object detection
- Close hoeing to the row of plants and use on the side slope possible
- For high driving speeds
- Shifting frame always keeps the hoe reliably on track
- Processing of heavily weeded stands possible
