Work shop extension

The HOLMER Americas team is currently expanding the existing facility in Ruth, Michigan to meet the service needs of the customers in the USA. The addition was built onto the existing shop providing another 8448 sq feet of floor space thanks to a steel 88x96 structure with a peak height of 32ft. This allows for multiple projects to be worked on at one time and gives the ability to open/unfold machines inside the shop with plenty of headroom. The old shop will be used primarily for fabrication and paint work while the new building will be used for assembly and service of the machines. Along with the addition, the parking area North of the shop is being expanded to a gravel lot approximately 400ft x 100ft, giving plenty of room to park equipment. The team from HOLMER Americas hopes for decent weather in the coming weeks and finish the lot and pour the concrete approach to the shop.

HOLMER Americas has experience with new buildings: The previous expansion was in 2015 when the offices and spare parts warehouse was built.
