HOLMER HOLMER Maschinenbau GmbH is headquartered in the town of Eggmühl near Regensburg. We are the world market leader in the field of self-propelled sugar-beet harvesting machines. 400 employees work at HOLMER, in Germany as well as at our subsidiaries in France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Turkey,the USA as well as a sales office in China.
As a medium-sized mechanical engineering company, we are involved in the development, manufacture, sale and after-sales service of our agricultural machinery.
Founded in 1969, HOLMER Maschinenbau GmbH developed the first self-propelled six-row sugar-beet harvester in 1974. Since then, HOLMER machines have been in successful operation at customers' in over 40 countries all around the world.
 
By now, more than 4,000 sugar-beet harvesters have been delivered from the factory workshops in Eggmühl and the current model Terra Dos T4 has been distinguished, amongst other awards, as "Machine of the year 2014". With the beet cleaner loader Terra Felis 3 evo, HOLMER has positioned itself as a full-line provider in the sugar-beet harvesting and loading technology sector. Moreover, the Terra Variant has set new standards as the most powerful carrier vehicle in the field of direct integration of semi-liquid manure worldwide.
