The clear aim in developing the Terra Variant 435 was to design an agile, lightweight vehicle that is ideal for spreading slurry in field stocks, especially in areas with small structures. The Terra Variant combines a concept for effective and sustainable work. This allows the increasingly shorter working periods to be used efficiently while also being gentle on the soil.
THE CARRIER VEHICLE
FOR THE AGRICULTURE OF TOMORROW
In 1996, HOLMER rethought slurry spreading with the Terra Variant – away from trailed technology and towards a carrier vehicle with a mounted tank. In the past, as today, efficiency played a decisive role in field work. Organic fertilizers must be applied efficiently in short periods of time, which can only be achieved by a logistics chain with feeders on the road and application vehicles in the field. In addition to the slurry tank, the Terra Variant can also use its superstructure space for a beet bunker or a universal spreader.
