New: CarePlus for the LightTraxx

Already since Agritechnica 2013, HOLMER and Agrifac promote their sugar beet technology together. Both, HOLMER and Agrifac are members of the EXEL group. As HOLMER is the leader of the sugar beet division of the group, all sugar beet harvester are sold under the HOLMER brand. Research and development as well as production are done independently in Eggmühl and Steenwijk.

Now Agrifac presents the CarePlus system for its sugar beet harvester – an optional cleaning system that is available in different versions.

 

CarePlus:

The introduction of the CarePlus system is Agrifac's way of a statement about what they have always stood for, namely optimal cleaning and optimal care for the beets. This means handling the beets with care from the time they're topped to the time they reach the beet clamp while thoroughly cleaning them at the same time. The beets are handled with care and cleaned as thoroughly as possible with the goal of achieving the highest possible yield per hectare. This extra attention and care is what Agrifac calls CarePlus.

 

RegularCarePlus:

RegularCarePlus is Agrifac’s standard cleaning system. Lifting turbines and cleaning turbines are as large as possible so they can clean as big a surface as possible. The different types of turbines and gates enable you to create the right combination for every situation.

In addition to RegularCarePlus, Agrifac also offers SoftCarePlus and ForteCarePlus.

 

SoftCarePlus:

Agrifac has developed SoftCarePlus specially for sandy soils.

 

The advantages of SoftCarePlus:

• The loss of small beets is limited to the max.
• Gates behind the beet lifting shares with relatively little space between the rods.
• Lifting turbines with relatively little space between the rods.
• Bar gates with relatively little space between the rods.
• Ring elevator web with low rods.

 

ForteCarePlus:

Agrifac developed ForteCarePlus for optimal cleaning on clayey soil. The lifting turbines, the cleaning turbines and the gates are kept clean with water, which guarantees that the beets get a good cleaning.

 

The advantages of ForteCarePlus:

• Easy to harvest large beets in clayey soil.
• Gates behind the beet lifting shares with a small surface.
• Lifting turbines with a lot of space between the rods.
• Lifting turbine gates and cleaning turbine gates with Agrifac Hyperflex spring tines.
• Hardened steel mud scrapers with a long life.
• An 800 litre water tank water and a lot of spray nozzles.

 

The introduction of these three systems clearly demonstrates that Agrifac's product development is ongoing and demand driven so you can harvest beets as optimally as possible. Optimal harvesting means handling the beets with care from the time they're topped to the time they reach the beet clamp. More convenience, more beets, more yield.
